Bookings and Payments

When booking a puja, your slot is confirmed upon successful payment. Pricing is clearly displayed on the platform and may change from time to time. Payments can be made using major credit cards or other methods available at checkout.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand plans can change, so we’ve made our policies as flexible as possible:

• Cancellations: If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled puja, you will receive a full refund minus a small processing fee. Unfortunately, cancellations within 24 hours of the puja are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: You can reschedule your puja up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Simply contact our support team to make adjustments.

• No-Shows: Missing a scheduled puja without prior notice will result in no refunds or rescheduling options.

Preparing for Your Puja

We provide suggestions for setting up a welcoming space for your puja, such as offering flowers, fruits, or lighting a candle. While these are not mandatory, they can enhance the spiritual experience. We encourage you to wear clean, comfortable clothing and create a calm environment to fully immerse yourself in the ritual.

User Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all, we ask that you:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.

• Treat our pundits, staff, and the sanctity of the rituals with respect.

• Ensure a stable internet connection for virtual pujas, as Holy Cow is not responsible for interruptions caused by connectivity issues on your end.

Privacy and Data Use

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Holy Cow, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in that policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on Holy Cow, including text, images, videos, and logos, is our exclusive property. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Holy Cow’s services are intended for personal enrichment and spiritual connection. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from any puja or ritual. Our platform is not a substitute for professional advice or services.

Dispute Resolution

We value resolving any concerns amicably. If a dispute arises, please reach out to us for resolution. Any unresolved disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of New York and resolved exclusively through arbitration or small claims court located in New York, NY.
